- Buyer send official LoI to seller with company letter head signed and stamped by authorized person
- Seller will send invitation email to buyer to come to Kalimantan, Indonesia
- Seller will show complete set of company legality to buyer
- Seller and Buyer survey on mining location & will take sample on mining site and test it to
independent surveyor Sucofindo Indonesia or CCIC Group
- If test result are satisfying, buyer will sign contract 12 or 24 month period
- Sign contract between Buyer and Seller will be legalized by public notary
